Financial and Administrative Management: Our experience coordinating projects with a large number of partners, allows us to reliably and effectively manage all needed administration for these projects, both internally and with the European Commission.

Technical Management: In the key core aspects of the project we are able to design various tasks to guarantee their correct execution. This includes, the design and management of the Project Plan, tracking and revision of the business canvas and plan, investigation of the market and meetings with stakeholders.
